Key job responsibilities 【コスト管理】 - Forecastに基づく四半期計画のレビューとステークホルダーとの調整 - アソシエイトの採用、コンバージョン、ドライバーキャパシティ調整の計画 - エリアマネージャーからの提案をレビュー・承認 - ピーク時（ホリデー、Prime Day）のオペレーション計画の策定と実行 【安全管理】 - 全サイトの安全に責任を持ち、安全な職場を構築する - Findingを通じて違反に対する指導を行う - Gemba Walkを通じて危険箇所を発見・是正する - 応急処置、Store Assistantレポートの事前レビュー、恒久対策の実施 - 大規模レイアウト変更についてSafety部門と協働 【オペレーション管理】 - エリアマネージャーが作成した日次オペレーション計画のレビュー・確認 - 日次のオペレーション進捗を監視し、必要に応じてエリアマネージャーをサポート - DBRでの主要メトリクスのDive Deepと対策立案 - 全体のCapacity確認とCap Controlの実施 - ボリューム/システム障害時のサイト全体の最適化に貢献 【オペレーション改善 / 5S】 - Safety・Quality・Productivity・5Sの長期改善目標を設定 - 活動監査の実施、改善指示、MBOを通じた進捗管理 - QCおよびLeanの概念・手法に精通する - 他サイトとのベンチマーキングを通じた改善機会の特定 - Lean
