About this role
What You'll Do
As a Production Specialist I, you will provide print and mailing support to internal business partners by helping them navigate available print solutions and services. Manage custom print and mail requests from intake to completion, coordinating work through internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Provide governance and oversight of work requests to ensure appropriate solutioning, resource utilization, compliance with established processes, and alignment with business and operational standards.Partners with consumers of services and the operational staff who executes the activities to ensure delivery is in alignment with service strategies. Advocate service offerings on behalf of the area by influencing decisions related to use of services. Ability to provide direction to customers on the process of submitting Custom Print orders. Frequent communication of request status with requestors. Ability to articulate services provided and how to engage those services. Timely delivery of print services that meet customer expectations. Process static print requests and custom mail merge requests using knowledge of available tools and internal and external vendor capabilities. Knowledge of print tools like Adobe. Understand the print services strategy and provided services that contribute to that goal. Utilize time and job tracking tools to represent the work for reporting purposes. Cross train in other functions and provide support in other areas of the department as needed.
Who You Are
Associate or Bachelor's degree required, with foundational knowledge and skills relevant to the position. Must have excellent interpersonal skills due to the significant level of cross functional interaction inherent in the position. Excellent analytical, problem solving, presentation, organizational skills, and written/verbal communication skills, as well as ability to exhibit good judgment. Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet established deadlines and performance standards. Must have strong relationship skills and have a proven track record of informally managing and networking with staff of diverse functions and objectives to achieve results. Some travel may be required. Must be able to work mandatory overtime when required.
Salary Range
Information Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
