As a  Generation Systems Engineer III / Senior - Steam Turbines , you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our energy systems. This position goes beyond technical execution—it's about big-picture thinking, continuous innovation, and meaningful collaboration. You’ll provide advanced engineering and analytical expertise to support the design and evolution of long-range generation system plans, while also leading engineering initiatives and offering strategic insights that help drive sustainable energy solutions. Key Skills & Tasks: Systems Analysis – Perform technical assessments and economic evaluations of generation systems to inform long-range planning and decision-making. Engineering Design – Apply advanced engineering principles to support the design and optimization of generation infrastructure projects. Project Leadership – Provide guidance and oversight on engineering tasks, supporting project execution from concept through implementation. Data Interpretation – Analyze operational and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for system improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with internal stakeholders, including planning, operations, and finance, to align engineering outputs with business goals. Mentorship & Guidance – Offer technical support and direction to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. Generation Systems Engineer III- Steam Turbines

A four-year bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related applied science discipline (see approved list) from an ABET accredited institution, an International Engineering Alliance (IEA) recognized institution or an ABET Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) institution.  Five (5) years  working experience in Engineering-related positions.

Generation Systems Engineer Senior - Steam Turbines

A four-year bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or related applied science discipline (see approved list) from an ABET accredited institution, an International Engineering Alliance (IEA) recognized institution or an ABET Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) institution.  Eight (8) years  working experience in Engineering-related positions.

Preferred Special Skills, Knowledge or Qualifications
