As a Product Development engineer, you will collaborate with various Product Development Groups to bring-up and ramp new products which include Plan, debug and handle manufacturing and characterization test programs for next-generation AMD microprocessors .     THE PERSON:   A successful candidate is one who can drive technical decisions independently, h as accountability for accuracy, reliability and completeness of assignment results critical to the project’s success.

Develop test program infrastructure incorporating latest Best-Known m ethods   Validate new product features, test conditions, test methodologies, and test contents during first silicon bring-up   Post Silicon Bring up of Test patterns leading to optimization for mass production enablement   Analysis of part failures leading to test improvement   Test pattern & test flow development, debug, test and characterization     PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:   Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, shell script   Proficient in Linux , Unix or Windows OS   Experience in silicon debug , logic analyzers, voltmeters, oscilloscopes   Statistical analysis experience to resolve population mean and outliers   ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) test experience     ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor ’ s or M aster’s in electrical engineering , c omputer e ngineering, or comparable disciplines     LOCATION: Suzhou   #LI-VC1 Benefits offered are described:  AMD benefits at a glance .   AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
