PSLD is responsible for the worldwide distribution of Cat aftermarket parts, integrated logistics, and global service to develop and support our global dealer network and customers. As the Manager, Logistics (Engineering) , you will be responsible for leading and developing a regional logistics engineering team responsible for end-to-end supply chain and warehouse engineering solutions across multiple facilities. The Manager, Logistics (Engineering) will oversee the execution of logistics engineering strategies that improve safety, capacity, efficiency, and automation performance across various locations within the Americas network.

Location: Griffin, GA (United States) Required Travel: Up to 20% (Domestic/International) US Work Authorization Sponsorship Offered: None Relocation Assistance Offered: Yes (Domestic) What You Will Do: Supervise and develop a team of logistics engineers providing support across multiple Southern U.S. & Mexico facilities, ensuring alignment to enterprise logistics engineering standards and priorities. Lead and prioritize engineering initiatives focused on safety improvements, capacity expansion, operational efficiency, and warehouse automation deployment across the regional network. Provide technical leadership and project oversight for capital and continuous improvement projects, including scope development, cost estimation, execution, and performance tracking. Establish and monitor performance metrics related to safety, throughput, capacity utilization, and cost efficiency across supported operations. Partner with facility leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering priorities with strategic business objectives. Ensure compliance with Caterpillar engineering standards, safety requirements, and regulatory expectations across all projects and operations. Mentor and coach engineers in technical skills, project execution, and professional development to build a high-performing regional team. Support long-term network planning and transformation initiatives, including automation roadmap development and investment justification. Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time-to-time.
