The Lead Reliability Engineer will help build a culture of reliability by establishing a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) program and advancing the maturity of the Reliability Excellence program at the Summit West manufacturing site. The role’s primary objective is to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the assets that support the delivery of life-saving medicines to patients. Shift Available: Monday – Friday, Onsite Day Shift, 8 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Responsibilities
Train and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) assigned Prepare and present detailed reports with recommendations and proposed changes Execute the Monthly Work Order Trending Report in accordance with SOP requirements Lead defect elimination efforts by performing root cause analyses for chronic or critical equipment failures and implement corrective actions Conduct and review failure modes and effects analyses (FMEA) to establish appropriate maintenance tasks and intervals for all assets Review equipment maintenance history to identify proactive solutions that improve reliability and control costs Partner with other departments to define and meet reliability requirements that support strategic manufacturing goals Develop presentation materials that communicate the status, benefits, and opportunities of RCM-based recommendations and solutions Work directly with the maintenance team to guide decisions on maintenance procedures and processes that support plant reliability goals Support the execution of capital projects, predictive and precision maintenance initiatives Ensure all new equipment meets or exceeds reliability standards Manage Asset Condition Management activities and predictive and precision maintenance program setup Improve system, equipment, and operational reliability using analytical tools, statistical methods, and instrumentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze reliability data, equipment performance metrics, KPI trends, training, and maintenance records Perform quarterly Asset Condition Management data collection and partner with subject matter experts on analysis Develop asset replacement strategies and plans and execute those plans based on reliability data and trends identified during collection and analysis Maintain and manage asset information and data integrity within Maximo Assist in performance of biennial asset criticality assessments Support Asset Lifecycle Management activities Knowledge & Skills: Ability to prioritize work based on importance, work cross-functionally, and achieve self-driven results Working knowledge of the following in a
