Steward AI-related platform standards, including data handling, safety, and governance at the working level. Cross-Program Platform Coordination Identify and flag cross-program dependencies before they become integration or delivery risks. Run a light-touch platform working group across program admins and developers to share standards, patterns, and known issues. Escalate platform risk to Solution Architecture and Specialty Health leadership as appropriate. Minimum Job Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities): 10+ years working across healthcare or life sciences digital platforms in product, delivery, or platform capacity, with hands-on configuration and platform stewardship exposure. Working knowledge of enterprise CRM, integration, and AI platform patterns, with depth in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or comparable healthcare platforms. Demonstrated understanding of platform health metrics, technical debt patterns, and environment strategy across enterprise digital stacks. Proven ability to enforce standards
