Check us out on LinkedIn: Medtronic CST You will be on the cutting edge of cloud software, data and AI technologies for spine and cranial treatments` and intervention. In this role, you will work with leading surgeons and clinicians along with Medtronic scientists and engineers. You will support a small team of senior or principal product managers to deliver enabling cloud software, data and AI solutions. You will spearhead the drive to adopt and integrate new software and new functionality into our service offerings. This includes reimagining our offerings and processes with a priority on automation, customer self-service, customer satisfaction and margin expansion. You will lead product programs comprised of matrixed virtual teams and / or vendors who are not direct reports but for whom you may have direct accountability to lead. You will set program strategy and priorities, communicate project operational developments, plan, and guide the activities of matrixed team members. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Upstream Product Definition Provide input to program objectives, timelines, milestones and budgets. Contribute to product vision, roadmap, and positioning across the full product lifecycle Market & Customer Insight Translate surgeon and market insights into differentiated product requirements and value propositions Evaluate product viability, business cases, and long-term growth opportunities Product Development Partnership Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and real-world clinical workflows Influence product specifications, prioritization, and development trade-offs Go-to-Market & Commercialization Support upstream marketing strategies that enable successful downstream execution Partner cross-functionally (R&D, clinical, regulatory, commercial) to ensure successful product launches and adoption at scale Stakeholder Influence Act as a subject matter expert across AI-enabled surgical solutions and digital ecosystems Engage with internal and external stakeholders to shape program evolution. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Experience in product management, upstream marketing, or strategy
