We are currently seeking a candidate to fill our Specialist Lead, Talent Development role between September 2026 – April 2027 for our Growth & Development team. Recruiting for this role ends on 07/22/2026. Work you'll do As a Specialist Lead, Talent Development on the Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for… Planning, executing, and operationalizing in-person and virtual development programs and processes Drafting PowerPoint presentations to communicate training plans, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and key stakeholders Creating and reviewing deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail while assisting in the development of learning programs and training experiences Participating in or leading learning project teams, conducting research and data analysis, and recommending solutions to support business priorities Managing multiple tasks and projects, adapting to changing priorities, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coming into the office periodically for office events A successful candidate would possess these skills: Strong understanding of adult learning principles Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team Effective written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product Ability to build and sustain professional relationships Ability to lead projects or workstreams Ability to manage and prioritize
