- Source and onboard high-potential agencies in Indonesia local services. Drive outreach, partnership setup, and basic operations. - Support agency ramp-up and growth. Provide hands-on guidance across content, supply, and campaigns. - Track key metrics and business performance. Spot issues early. Turn insights into actions and close the loop. - Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Strategy, Marketing, Data, etc.). Execute projects and deliver growth. - Stay close to the Indonesia agency landscape. Capture trends and learnings. Build playbooks and scalable best practices.
