This position requires continuous engagement with various teams to gather insights and feedback, facilitating the creation of applications that support organizational goals and enhance operational efficiency. The engineer actively participates in the iterative process of refining designs and adapting solutions to evolving business needs, contributing to the overall success of software projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies within projects. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks. - Experience with cloud-based data engineering and analytics platforms. - Strong knowledge of distributed computing and big data processing frameworks. - Ability to design and implement scalable data pipelines and workflows. - Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and optimization techniques. - Competence in troubleshooting and performance tuning within cloud environments.
