Perform quality checks for CRM campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, templates, and dynamic content. Ensure all campaign assets are accurate, functional, responsive, and aligned with campaign requirements. Validate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and personalization logic used in CRM campaigns. Test email rendering across different devices, browsers, and email clients to ensure a consistent customer experience. Work closely with campaign developers, project managers, marketing teams, and platform teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Ensure campaigns are delivered with high accuracy, within timelines, and in line with approved requirements. Support campaign testing, defect tracking, issue resolution, and final quality sign-off before deployment. Follow standard QA checklists, SOPs, and campaign governance processes. What are we looking for? Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree. 3+ years of experience in HTML QA, CRM campaign QA, email marketing QA, or campaign operations. Experience working in a marketing operations or CRM campaign delivery environment. Good understanding of email marketing best practices, responsive design, and campaign testing processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership, accuracy, and attention to detail. ** Willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts If required Must Have Skills: Strong knowledge of HTML for email and landing page quality review. Working knowledge of CSS to validate styling, formatting, spacing, responsiveness, and layout accuracy. Basic understanding of JavaScript used in campaign-related assets or landing pages. Knowledge of AMPscript for validating personalization, dynamic content, and data-driven campaign logic. Experience working with any of the CRM platforms for CRM campaign QA, testing, and validation - Salesforce Marketing Cloud — SFMC, Braze , Adobe Experience Manager — AEM. Understanding of CRM campaign execution, email marketing, personalization, segmentation, and customer journey flows. Ability to perform detailed quality checks on content, links, tracking, subject lines, preheaders, dynamic content, and campaign setup. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, inconsistencies, and rendering issues. Good communication skills to highlight defects clearly and coordinate with campaign teams for closure. Ability to manage multiple campaign QA tasks within agreed timelines.
