Project Role : NA Project Role Description : NA Must have skills : AWS Containerization Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Role Description Develop, operate, and continuously improve centralized Observability platform running on Kubernetes in AWS, supporting components such as Grafana, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, and Alertmanager. You will help ensure reliable platform operations through automation, GitLab CI/CD, GitOps practices, self-service capabilities, troubleshooting, and on-call participation. The role also focuses on enabling teams across the company to adopt observability effectively by supporting their observability pipelines, promoting OpenTelemetry, defining standards and best practices, and contributing to internal community discussions Skills Kubernetes Observability Tools and OpenTelemetry Terraform AWS GitLab CI/CD ArgoCD and Helm Good communication (english) and collaborative mindset Responsibilities Design, implement, and operate our centralized Observability platform using Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS. Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure provisioning, automation, and platform delivery. Optimize logging, metrics, and tracing pipelines for reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency in high-scale environments. Ensure security, governance, and access control policies are implemented and used effectively. Create and maintain self-service capabilities that enable teams to configure dashboards, alerts, and observability settings in a simple and consistent way. Collaborate with teams across the company to embed observability best practices into their daily work. Provide technical guidance, enablement, and training on observability, monitoring, and OpenTelemetry adoption. Design and implement observability solutions that help teams improve their own setups and operate their services with greater confidence. Continuously improve platform performance , reliability, maturity, and the overall observability culture across KN What we would like you to bring Proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and container orchestration. Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, or similar). Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenSearch, Tempo, Jagger or others. OpenTelemetry as a standard. Experience with collectors like Alloy, Openetelemetry Collector, FluentBit, FluentD, PromTail or others. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation using GitLab, GitHub Actions, or similar tools. Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS. Strong understanding of networking, security, and access control in cloud environments. Proficiency in scripting and automation. We mostly work with Go.
