To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Junior Engineer- Production position will be based in Bangalore . What a typical day looks like:   Handle product transfer and new product set up.   Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line.   Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield.   Solve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues.   Interact with customer and various departments on product related issues   Work with design team to resolve design related issues.   Suggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure excellent quality of products.   Customer´s Bill of Material (BOM) evaluation and structure definition for production   Functional Product Documentation review   Safety Requirements and regulations compliance identification   Engineering Drawings Interpretation of parts and assemblies.   Request customer for drawing corrections, additions, clarification, measurements methods   Manage Engineering Changes Implementation   Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM), tolerance evaluation, Design of Experiment (DOE), form-fit-function to define failure root/cause evaluation and reporting to customer   Provide support to supply chain to integrate parts derived from the vertical integration or localization effort   Provide product training to the manufacturing/process engineers for better understanding of the product.   Here is some of what you’ll need (required): Typically requires a Bachelor of S cience D egree in related field or equivalent experience.   Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory and factor analysis.   Ability to   analize   problems, design experiments, conduct a design for manufacturing analysis, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
