THE JOB: The primary responsibility of the Food Runner at Luchin Italia Restaurant within MGM Grand is to ensure an exceptional dining experience by delivering food promptly and accurately while providing courteous, attentive, and professional service to all guests. Food Runners serve as a vital link between the kitchen and dining room, maintaining the quality and presentation of each dish. They must be knowledgeable about menu offerings and able to describe dishes in detail, answer guest questions, and support the restaurant team in creating a memorable guest experience.
