Job Title O2C Operations Specialist Job Description O2C Operations Specialist Plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the Order-to-Cash process by leading governance, performance optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient execution, business continuity, and global process standardization.

Serve as the operational partner and primary backup to the O2C Lead, ensuring business continuity, stakeholder alignment, and effective operational execution. Drive operational excellence through performance reporting, process governance, escalation management, forecasting, compliance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as the subject matter expert for Order Management, invoicing, SAP processes, and process standardization while supporting operational controls and business reviews. Lead knowledge management, onboarding, training, and documentation efforts to promote sustainable ways of working and knowledge retention across the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Global O2C Capability Team to resolve operational challenges, support transformation programs, and ensure alignment with global standards and process optimization goals. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 4+ years of experience supporting operational processes, Order Management, Supply Chain, Customer Operations, reporting, or related business functions, ideally backed by a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Your skills include data analysis, performance reporting, Power BI, SAP, and Microsoft Office, combined with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. You have experience collaborating across cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, influencing others, and communicating effectively in both English and Spanish. You bring a continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization, transformation initiatives, training, onboarding, knowledge management, project coordination, and change management. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This position is an office role.
