Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership's service drive with a friendly and professional attitude. Greet customers promptly and assist with directing them to the appropriate service advisor. Help manage vehicle flow in the service lane to ensure an efficient check-in process. Communicate customer arrival information to service advisors and dealership staff. Answer basic customer questions and provide information about dealership services and amenities. Escort customers to the waiting area and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit. Coordinate with service, sales, and support staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive area. Assist with parking and retrieving vehicles when needed. Support the service team with administrative and customer service tasks as assigned. Promote a positive dealership image through outstanding hospitality and professionalism. Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies.
