About the Team The data analytics team will be responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK&EU e-Commerce logistics operations.
- Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's UK&EU logistics operations - Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports - Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management - Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions - Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support business
