Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Associate Manager, Health Economics Market Access (HEMA), Vietnam for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery business. This is an end-to-end role with a focus on MedTech implants and enabling technologies aligned to Surgery; Advanced Wound Closure, Haemostasis, Endo Mechanical, Energy and Robotics platforms. Reporting to the Manager HEMA Surgery, Thailand & Vietnam, the Associate Manager HEMA role for Surgery partners cross-functionally to build and execute integrated market access strategies, leveraging health economics and value creation for the adoption and payment of Surgery MedTech innovation. This role will: Develop all New Product Innovation (NPI) material in preparation for Vietnam’s MoH as the designated Health Strategy and Policy Institute (HSPI) agency is progressively being formalised for MedTech HTA applications. Proactively leverage support from the Manager HEMA, Thailand to engage in cross-functional discussions to help shape the imminent HTA policy, seeking input and partnership on Surgery platform technology access strategy with the Manager HEMA Thailand and Vietnam’s commercial leaders. Directly engage with Ministry of Health and identify the scope of establishing partnerships with Private Healthcare Sector payers, leveraging support from the Manager HEMA Thailand, Surgery.   Educate and inform RHEMA SEA and local cross-functional teams on mandatory evidence requirements to oblige Vietnam’s market access aligned to NPI value creation for Surgeon adoption of Surgery MedTech innovation for patient treatment. Support the RHEMA SEA, Surgery, collaborating with respective local
