Configuring notifications
Choose how and when Yoinka alerts you about new job matches.
Notification channels
Yoinka supports multiple notification channels: Email, Slack, Discord, and Webhooks. You can configure notification channels directly on each monitor. Each monitor can use a different channel.
Email notifications
Email is enabled by default for all accounts. You can choose between instant alerts (one email per new job), a daily digest (a single summary each morning), or a weekly digest sent every Monday. Adjust this from Settings > Notifications.
Connecting Slack or Discord
To receive alerts in Slack or Discord, add a Discord or Slack webhook URL directly on your monitor's notification settings. Paste the webhook URL and Yoinka will post alerts to that channel automatically.
Webhook integrations
For custom integrations, set up a webhook channel. Provide your endpoint URL and Yoinka will send a JSON payload for each new job match. This is useful for piping alerts into tools like Zapier, Make, or your own internal systems.
